Member C Each position has a numbered grade with steps that increase approximately 1% each
Member D 1.5%
Member E 30 grades with 16 steps at 2.5% per step

Member G Each apprentice program has eight levels ranging from 49% to 95% of job rate for position.
Member H All employees have a five percent increase after 10 years of service. Union employees typically enter a position at step 1, promote to step 2 after 6 months and advance to step 3 after ten years. Each step represents a 5% increase.

Member L Every 6 months -only for apprenticeship programs
Member M 4 to 5 steps in all A, B, C, D or A, A1, B, C, Da 5% increase exists between each full step. For postions going from step A to A1, a 2.5% increase exists between A and A1 as well as A1 to B.

Member P We have three (3) steps - Low - Mid - High. Each pay range is 11% from low to high.
