Member K
Member L Standby rate is $10.00 per day
Member M In the event of a call-out, the employee will be guaranteed at least three (3) hours pay at the corresponding overtime rate. However, if the employee is called-out and within the initial three (3) hours receives another call, there will not be an additional three (3) hour minimum paid. If the total time worked is more than three (3) hours, the time will be calculated from the beginning of the first call until the overtime assignments are complete. If the total time worked is less than three (3) hours, only three (3) hours will be paid. Where appropriate, as many repairs as possible shall be made when an employee is on call-out. An employee must report to the jobsite within 40 minutes of receiving the call.

Member P The rate used per hour to calculate standby pay while officially on standby duty will be .0693 of the employee's normal hourly rate. For example: an employee who is officially on standby duty for 12 hours at a $20 hourly rate is called in for 2 hours. The employee's standby pay for that day is .0693 x 10 (12 hours normal standby hours less 2 hours actually worked) x $20, or $13.86.
Member Q On call employees shall be credited with one-half hour, at the straight time rate, for each 8-hour period during which they are required to remain in an on call status beyond their normal work schedules. The minimum call back compensation shall be two hours at the overtime rate, beginning at the time the call is received by the employee.
Member R Guaranteed minimum hours/compensation if called.
