Member E There are specific expectations of training to be completed and demonstrable skills and competencies based upon length of time in position. The are specific details by positions.
Member F We are currently in the process of a Wage Study and Step plans have been recommended.
Member G 30 grades with 16 steps at 2.5% per step

Member O All employees have a five (5) percent increase after ten (10) years of service. Union empoyees typically enter a position at Step 1, promote to Step 2 after six (6) months, and advance to Step 3 after ten (10) years. Each step represents a 5% increase.

Member Q We have three (3) steps - Low - Mid - High. Each pay range is 11% from low to high.
Member R Pre-Apprentice: 6 Step, Apprentice: 6 Step, Journeyman: Step 6, Sr Substation/Sr Relay Technician :5 Step
Member S Multistep pay plans, progression based on time
