Member E Longevity pay may be on the schedule below or as set by the Commission : 5 - 9 years of consecutive full-time employment = $500.0010 - 14 years = $1,000.00; 15 - 19 years = $1,500.00; 20 - 24 years = $2,000.00; 25 - 29 years = $2,500.00; 30 or more years = 3,000.00
Member F 5 - 10 years of service = 10 hours of pay; 10 - 15 years of service = 20 hours of pay; 15 - 20 years of service = 40 hours of pay; After 20 years of service = 80 hours of pay
Member G Employee contributes 10% of salary to defined contribution pension plan. City matches employee's contribution. 6 year vesting with normal retirement age achieved at 60 years of age or 30 years of service.
Member H Service Awards grant $40.00 at 5 years of service and increases by $40.00 every 5 years up to 40 years.
