The Budget Committee met Friday to kick off preparations for the fiscal 2010 budget. In addition to discussing budget parameters, the Committee discussed delaying the budget development schedule to allow more time to integrate the strategic plan. The schedule as discussed would have the budget approved by the Budget Committee in July, with final approval by the Board and Executive Committee in July at the annual conference. The proposed schedule will be sent to the Committee to review, and a vote on the schedule will take place at a conference call to be schedule in the future. Contact: Mark Larson
