Member Relations Survey Now Underway

FMPA launched its 2010 Member Relations Survey last week. The Member Relations Survey was previously known as FMPA’s Member Satisfaction Survey, but it was renamed this year to more accurately reflect its focus on measuring and enhancing the relationship between members and staff. As a member-owned organization, the relationship between members and staff is essential to our mutual success. In fact, the members designated “fostering a positive communication culture as one of five major strategic goals and approved conducting this survey as an action item to reach that goal. A link to the eight-question online survey was e-mailed to all Board of Directors and ARP Executive Committee members last Tuesday. We hope to have every member city participate in the survey. Responses are due by March 22, and results of the survey will be shared with members and staff in May. Contact: Diane Nelson
