ARP Telephonic Rate Workshop
The ARP Executive Committee held a rate workshop last Tuesday to review the October All-Requirements Project loads, costs and rates. Participant costs for October benefited from energy sales that were 10% above budget and monthly gas costs that were 11% below budget.  The October average billed demand and energy cost to participants was $51.39 per MWh, which was the lowest billed cost since fiscal 2005.  This was the first month of the new demand billing methodology that was approved by the Executive Committee in summer 2020. A memo outlining the changes to ARP participant invoices as a result of the new methodology was included with the invoice transmittal for October. The full agenda package is available on the Portal.
