Meridian Platform User Acceptance Testing Milestone
FMPA has been working with Kinsmen Group to refine the Meridian platform to warehouse and manage engineering documents across all generating sites. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) milestone has been reached, and Kinsmen will now work to remove duplicate documents from the system, enhance searchability and develop a training plan for rollout to the sites. The product will greatly enhance interaction and document control across sites and with contractors in a cloud-based environment. Contact: Tim Jackson

Special-Called Meeting
FMPA hosted a special-called board of directors meeting last Wednesday. The board discuss CEO and General Manager Jacob Williams and CLO and General Counsel Jody Finklea’s performance reviews and heard an update about Stanton Energy Center.

ARP Rate Workshop
There will be an ARP rate workshop tomorrow at 2 p.m. The agenda will be available via the Portal prior to the meeting. Contact: Jason Wolfe

Board of Directors Meeting
The board of directors meeting is Thursday at 9 a.m. at FMPA. Action items include several approvals, and information items include the quarterly compliance update, an update on Stanton, a draft of the fiscal year (FY) 2024 goals, a solar update and an extension of the St. Lucie transmission agreement. ARP Executive Committee Meeting
The ARP executive committee meeting is Thursday morning immediately following the board of directors meeting at FMPA. Information items include hearing updates about compliance, the ARP FY 2023 generation budget and new plant integration and discussing price stability, Stanton impacts to ARP and the pool expansion. FGU Board of Directors Meeting
Florid Gas Utility (FGU) is hosting its board of directors meeting Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in FMPA’s board room.

Lineman’s Roundtable
Registration is open now for FMPA’s lineman’s roundtable on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The free event starts at 10 a.m. at FMPA’s office, and it’s an opportunity for all types of utility line crew personnel to discuss safety, equipment, operating practices and common issues. Contact: Lindsay Jack

Transportation Fleet Roundtable
