APPA Joint Action Conference
American Public Power Association (APPA)’s 2024 Joint Action Conference is now through tomorrow at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples. FMPA Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and ARP Executive Committee Lynne Tejeda will present on a panel tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. titled Ideas for Innovation in Joint Action.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
FMPA will close its offices next Monday in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. FMPA Weekly will publish next Tuesday.

2024 Environmental Training
Next Wednesday is the deadline to register for the 2024 environmental training session on Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 9 a.m. The focus of the training is oil spills, including topics like oil spillage regulations and ways to control spills. Contact: Lindsay Jack
