2024 FMEA and FMPA Human Resources Roundtable

Foreman Academy Certification – Track 1

TAPS Executive Director
The Transmission Access Policy Study Group (TAPS) named Thomas J. Heller as its new executive director, effective Jan. 1. Heller retired as president and CEO of Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) last June after 31 years of service. Prior to his time at MRES, he worked for the Moorhead Public Service Department for 16 years, and he previous served as the chair of the TAPS Executive Committee and on the board of directors for several organizations, including the APPA.
