March All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in March was $61.99 per megawatt hour, which was 16% below the budgeted cost. Participant energy sales were 1% above budget, and total external sales were 33% above budget. The March all-in rate was $69/MWh, which was $10/MWh below the projected rate. This was driven by Stanton 1 being offline, low gas prices, margin on excess sales, and annual dividend on gas prepays.
