June All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in June was $63.50/MWh, which was 4% below the budgeted cost and was the third lowest June rate. Participant energy sales were 5% above budget and were the highest June loads since 2010, which included Lake Worth and Vero loads. The June all-in rate of $71/MWh was $2/MWh lower than the prior month’s forecast primarily due to MWh sales well above budget. NARUC Summer Policy Summit
Jacob Williams will present on the importance of natural gas supply for Florida’s electric needs at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Summer Policy Summit on Wednesday.
SCADA Roundtable Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for the SCADA roundtable at FMPA is Friday. The roundtable provides an opportunity for SCADA-EMS personnel to come together to share what types of equipment, EMS and software they use for their distribution and transmission networks. Contact: Lindsay Jack
Member Satisfaction Survey
Great Blue Research emailed a link to FMPA’s Member Satisfaction Survey at the end of June. The survey provides the Agency with insight about what services benefit Members most. The survey requires approximately ten minutes to complete, and we ask members to complete it by July 26. Contact: Susan Schumann
