Finance Committee Meeting

Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors met last Thursday. The Board approved several action items and heard information items about the proposed goals for fiscal year 2025 and regulatory compliance updates. Chris Biggs from GreatBlue Research presented the results of the 2024 FMPA Member Services Satisfaction Study, and Randy Clement from Bryant, Miller, Olive provided the annual disclosure training for the Board and Executive Committee. Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee met last Thursday. The Committee approved the spending authority modification for FY 2025, the resolution 2024-EC4 for budget amendment for the ARP, and the previously budgeted ARP capital projects dollars to be spent during FY 2025. The Committee heard an information item about the natural gas price stability program and moved to make an action item based on the details of the update. Lineworker Safety Program Steering Committee
The Lineworker Safety Program Steering Committee will meet at FMPA on Tuesday, October 1, from 10:30 a.m. until noon.
