November All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in November was $60.53/MWh, which was 17% below the budgeted cost. This was the fourth lowest November D&E rate since tracking started.  Participant energy sales were 7.7% above budget. The FY25 forward curve was up 12% from the prior month, resulting in $4.4M margin returned in November.  The agenda package from the ARP Rate Workshop is available on the Portal. Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met last Wednesday. It approved the CY2025 meeting dates and heard information items about the unaudited annual debt report, the preliminary FY2024 budget status and results, the ARP price mitigation strategy, and management of margin calls for ARP rate setting.
