Regional Safety Leadership Training Sessions
Registration closes Thursday for the upcoming Regional Safety Leadership Training sessions in Tallahassee on May 21 and in Gainesville on May 22. These training opportunities include four discussion areas to encourage utility employees of all levels to take safety dialogue to a higher level. APPA Utility Salary Survey
APPA is conducting its annual Utility Salary Survey and is seeking responses by July 17. Public power utilities who are at least 50 percent retail sales, with some exceptions, are eligible to participate in this survey. The survey focuses on annual base pay information for 34 salaried positions and 26 hourly positions. Each participating Member utility will receive a complimentary copy of the full final report, which includes a breakdown of salaries by revenue and customer class and regional salary summaries.
