Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met last Wednesday to approve two FY 2025 budget amendments and the ARP revenue bond series 2025A. It also heard updates about the natural gas price stability program and the FY 2025 capital roll status as information items. The agenda package is available via the Portal. Contact: Rich Popp

Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors met last Wednesday and approved the termination of Phase III of the Florida Municipal Solar Project. It also approved an update to the Agency’s HR policy and two resolutions for FY 2025 budgets. It also heard information items, including a regulatory compliance update, the quarterly HR update, and a discussion about potential waste-to-energy power supply projects. Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee met last Thursday and approved the ARP budget for FY 2026 as well as a budget amendment for FY 2025 and the revenue bond series 2025A. It also approved the natural gas price stability program quarterly update and the amendment to the ARP net metering tri-party agreement. The Committee also heard information items about the KUA TARP agreement discussion, the FY 2025 capital rollover status, and the 2025 10-year site plan and IRP policy request. APPA Utility Salary Survey
APPA is conducting its annual Utility Salary Survey and is seeking responses by July 17. Public power utilities who are at least 50 percent retail sales, with some exceptions, are eligible to participate in this survey. The survey focuses on annual base pay information for 34 salaried positions and 26 hourly positions. Each participating Member utility will receive a complimentary copy of the full final report, which includes a breakdown of salaries by revenue and customer class and regional salary summaries.
