June All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in June was $67/MWh, which was 2% above the budgeted cost. The all-in rate was $2/MWh higher from prior month projections due to higher sales, transmission true-up, and slightly lower cash position than forecasted. Pool and third-party sales were 17% above budget. The Rate Protection Account balance on June 30 was approximately $4.3M, down from prior month.
