Winter Power Sales to TEA and TECO

Both opportunities enable the Agency to sell excess capacity and reduce costs for All-Requirements Power Supply Project (ARP) participants. This will be the second consecutive winter for TEA, and the seventh consecutive winter for TECO, under a power purchase agreement with the ARP. Contact: Hector Mesa
