Stanton Unit 1 Emergency Order
The Department of Energy issued an emergency order last Thursday to remain open and operational through September 1, 2026, instead of retiring this month. The order cites concerns about reliability – particularly in warm summer temperatures – and supporting increased demand caused by data centers as reasons for the order.

Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met last Thursday, and it approved the Agency, ARP, and Small Projects budgets for recommendation to the Executive Committee for approval. The agenda package is available via the Portal. Contact: Rich Popp

AMI and Meter Tech Roundtable
