May All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in April was $68/MWh, approximately 3% below budget. The all-in rate decreased by $2/MWh compared to prior month projections driven by higher energy sales.  Participant energy sales were 8.5% above budget, and third-party sales were 50% above budget. Additional natural gas purchases were made under the Natural Gas Price Stability Program, bringing FY27 fixed-price coverage to 53%. The agenda package is available via the Portal.
