October All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in October was $79.80/MWh, which was 6% above the budgeted cost. The all-in rate was $88/MWh, which was about $4 higher from prior month projections due to lower loads and higher gas prices. Total external sales were 25% above budget, but the margins were in line with the budget. The Rate Protection Account balance is $3.7 million due to high gas prices in the future. The agenda package is available via the Portal. Contact: Denise Fuentes
