November All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in November was $91/MWh, which was ~5% above the budgeted cost. The all-in rate was $4/MWh higher from prior month projections due to lower loads and higher fuel costs. Total external sales were 20% above budget with high Pool sales. The Rate Protection Account balance is $5.2 million due to high gas prices. The agenda package is available via the Portal. Contact: Denise Fuentes
