Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met last Wednesday. The Committee approved amending the agenda to move information item 9a to the end of the meeting order, then heard information items about the status of the FY26 budget and potential amendments to it and the results of the ARP Series 2026 A&B bonds. The final information item was an interim audit update for FY26, which Purvis Gray provided to the Committee without FMPA staff in the room. The agenda package is available via the Portal. Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors met last Thursday and heard a presentation from GreatBlue Research about the results of the 2026 Member Satisfaction Survey. The Board heard additional information items, including an update about the OUC audit and the Stanton 1 cost allocation, the annual safety update, information about the CEO and CLO evaluation process, and a review of the drafted goals for FY27. Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee met last Thursday, and it approved the returning of excess revenues in FY26 revised schedule B-1 and the subordination of utility interests to FDOT for SR 400. The Committee also heard information items, including the results of the ARP Series 2026 A&B bonds, diesel fuel policy requests, and the FGT pipeline expansion project. There was also a discussion about how FMPA – and specifically the ARP – should approach powering local, real-time computing centers. The agenda package is available via the Portal. GIS Roundtable
FMPA will host the GIS Roundtable on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at its office. The roundtable provides an informal forum for GIS staff from member utilities to exchange information, share best practices, and network with their peers from member utilities across the state. Contact: MacKayla Cross
