Directly oversees the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of all substation facilities. Provides engineering support and training to other engineering personnel. Supervision is exercised over subordinate personnel. Oversees all major substation projects. May assume project management functions over other projects as needed. Provides a wide range of support functions to the engineering department.
