Board of Directors Meeting
The March Board of Directors meeting was last Thursday. The Board requested more details about the member services leased employee program and approved the Member Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) approvals one read. Executive Committee Meeting
The March Executive Committee meeting was last Thursday. The Executive Committee discussed the Energy Southeast Renewable Prepay 2024 Series A, but it did not move for approval or rejection based on the solar update heard in the Board of Directors meeting. The Executive Committee heard two information items, which included updates on a natural gas price stability program and a rotor update for the Mulberry power plant. View the agenda package here. Buddy-to-Boss Training
FMPA is hosting a buddy-to-boss training today at 8:30 a.m. This Tennessee Valley Public Power Association (TVPPA) course addresses skills supervisors need when taking over an established team or department. It’s the first course offered in the Agency’s series for participants to earn their TVPPA Certified Power Supervisor certification. Contact: Lindsay Jack
Lineworker Safety Program Steering Group
The Lineworker Safety Program Steering Group will meet tomorrow via Teams at 10 a.m. The meeting is an opportunity to discuss the Lineworker Safety Program, and Caleb Hall from TVPPA will also attend. Contact: Mike McCleary
