August All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in August was $57.16/MWh, which was 8% below the budgeted cost and was the ninth lowest D&E rate since tracking started. Participant energy sales were 4% above budget. Total Fiscal Year 2024 Participant Costs are expected to finish below $72/MWh. The agenda package from the ARP Rate Workshop is available on the Portal.
