FMEA Legislative Rally
The FMEA Legislative Rally kicks off today in Tallahassee. The event is an effective way to meet with state legislators to discuss electric utility issues.

Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors met last Thursday and approved a resolution of appreciation for Craig Dunlap, the strategic priorities from the previous planning session, and changes to the Agency’s mission and vision statements. The Board also heard updates about the termination of Phase III of the Florida Municipal Solar Project, HR, compliance, communications and social media analytics, and the Stanton audit and project as information items. Executive Committee Meeting
The Executive Committee met last Thursday and approved action items, including an update to the natural gas price stability program, additional prepaid natural gas volumes with FGU, the strategic plan priorities from the previous planning session, and changes to FMPA’s mission and vision statements. It also heard information items about the extension of the FPL network integration transmission service and the Duke transmission work for the Cane Island pipeline relocation. 2025 Electrical Metering Lab A
Registration closes Thursday for the 2025 Electrical Metering Lab A hosted at OUC next week. This TVPPA training can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the Electrical Metering Certification Program. Contact: Lindsay Jack

Member Salary Survey
There’s still time to complete the annual Member salary survey. Participating in this Florida- specific survey provides a more accurate representation of salaries and benefits at the public power electric utilities, allowing for better analysis and decision making to promote employee retention.
