NERC Reliability Webinar
The NERC 2025 State of Reliability (SOR) webinar is Thursday at 3 p.m. The hour-long webinar will review the SOR report released this week, which includes NERC’s comprehensive annual analytical review of the bulk power system reliability for the 2024 calendar year. HAZWOPER Refresher Course
Registration closes next Monday for the 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher course. This training session is an annual requirement for those who have previously completed a 24- or 40-hour course. Contact: MacKayla Cross

APPA Utility Salary Survey
APPA is conducting its annual Utility Salary Survey and is seeking responses by July 17. Public power utilities who are at least 50 percent retail sales, with some exceptions, are eligible to participate in this survey. The survey focuses on annual base pay information for 34 salaried positions and 26 hourly positions. Each participating Member utility will receive a complimentary copy of the full final report, which includes a breakdown of salaries by revenue and customer class and regional salary summaries.
