ARP Telephonic Rate Workshop
The ARP Executive Committee held a workshop last Tuesday to review the August All-Requirements Project loads, costs and rates. Participant energy loads were 4% above budget and total energy sales to the power pool and other third parties were 80% above budget. While gas costs were 39% above budget, the combination of higher than budgeted energy sales and margins on third party sales continues to keep the average ARP cost below $70.
