May All-Requirements Project Rates
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in May was $59.70/MWh, which was 10% below the budgeted cost and was the second lowest May rate. Participant energy sales were 13% above budget and were the highest May loads since 2006, which included Lake Worth and Vero loads. The May all-in rate of $67/MWh was $4/MWh lower than the prior month’s forecast primarily due to MWh sales well above budget. The agenda package from the ARP Rate Workshop is available on the Portal.
