Trinity Catholic High School Field Trip
FMPA hosted a field trip for more than a dozen students from Trinity Catholic High School in Ocala. The outing included visits to Harmony Solar Energy Center and Cane Island Power Park. All student participants are enrolled in an applied engineering course. FMPP 101 Meeting
FMPA is hosting a Florida Municipal Power Pool (FMPP) 101 meeting Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in person and via Teams. The meeting provides an introduction to what the power pool is. Contact: Sue Utley

FMPA Training Calendar
FMPA is planning the training calendar for the 2024 calendar year. We are conducting a survey to get member input on where to place our focus. FMPA Cybersecurity Event
FMPA’s IT department is planning a cybersecurity event on Oct. 23 from noon to 2 p.m. for FMPA staff members. The event can be broadcast live for other interested member cities. Cities who would like to participate in watching the event can email Wayne Koback.
