April Rate Calculation
The average billed demand and energy cost for FMPA’s All-Requirements Project in April was $80/MWh, approximately 2% below budget. The all-in rate increased by $1/MWh compared to prior month projections driven by lower cash balance than projected. Participant energy sales were 1% above budget, and third-party sales were 61% above budget. To help reduce margin call exposure, FMPA has secured positions with three ISDA counterparties and transitioned all remaining FY 2026 natural gas positions under ISDA agreements. RP3 Designation
Applications are open now for the RP3 Designation. The American Public Power Association (APPA) awards the designation to utilities with demonstrated high proficiencies in reliability, safety, workforce development, and system improvement. The Member Services team is available to support your team with the process.
